Frequently Asked Questions

Graphic Design

I handle a wide range of visual design projects including brand identity/collateral, marketing materials (flyers, brochures, posters), digital assets (social media graphics, digital banners), layout design, and visual revamps for existing collateral.

Modernizing existing designs is one of my specialties! I can take your existing legacy assets, logos, or rough drafts and refine them into modern, high-impact designs while keeping your established brand identity intact.

Based on your project, you will receive full print-ready files (high-resolution vector PDFs, EPS, and TIFF) as well as web-optimized digital assets (PNG, SVG, and JPG), structured and labeled for seamless use.

Yes! I can handle file preparation to meet professional printing standards—including bleed, trim marks, high-resolution DPI, and CMYK color profiles. I am also happy to liaise directly with your chosen printer or print shop to coordinate specs and ensure final proof accuracy.

Yes, but it usually needs refinement first. AI tools typically generate low-resolution raster images (PNG/JPG) that blur or pixelate when resized or printed. I can take your AI draft and vector-reconstruct it from scratch into professional, scalable formats (SVG, EPS, print PDF) that stay crisp on everything from business cards to billboards.

The classic question! Absolutely, if the layout calls for it. My priority is establishing a strong visual hierarchy where your logo is clear and recognizable, balanced with enough negative space so the overall design feels high-end and polished.

That is completely normal, and you don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out! We begin with an initial discovery meeting to discuss your big-picture goals, target audience, and current challenges. From there, we work together in a step-by-step, strategic manner to define exactly what needs to be produced, ensuring you get a tailored plan and only invest in the assets that will truly serve your project.

Photography

I specialize in portraiture, editorial brand photography, lifestyle sessions, commercial product/service imagery, and event coverage.

Your images will be delivered via a private, high-resolution digital download gallery. Turnaround time is typically within 1 to 2 weeks, and images are provided in both full-resolution (for print) and web-optimized formats (for websites and social media).

Yes! In fact, combining photography with web or graphic design is the best way to build a completely custom, cohesive brand identity. I can design layouts with exact custom photoshoot concepts in mind.

I do not offer full wedding day coverage, but I am available for engagement sessions and proposal captures! These sessions allow us to focus entirely on your story in a relaxed, intimate, and creative setting at a location that is meaningful to you.

I do not have a dedicated indoor studio, as I specialize in dynamic, on-location photography. I shoot outdoors using natural light, at event venues, or on-site at your home, office, or business. If your vision specifically requires an indoor studio environment, we can easily arrange and rent a local studio space for your shoot.

Copywriting & Editorial

I provide website copy, blog posts, brand story narratives, bio/about page writing, and editorial proofreading to elevate existing draft text into polished, engaging content.

We start with a brief discovery phase to discuss your target audience, goals, and brand personality. I write an initial draft, gather your feedback, and refine the copy until it feels authentically like your voice.

You don’t need a polished draft to get started. If you have bullet points, voice memos, or rough ideas, I can take those raw concepts and transform them into structured, professional, and clear copy for your audience.

Web & Digital

No, I specialize in design-driven website publishing using no-code platforms and website builders (such as Squarespace, WordPress, or Wix). Rather than writing custom code from scratch, I leverage existing templates and platform features to design, structure, and customize visually striking pages tailored to your brand.

Building within platform templates means faster turnaround times, lower development costs, and a site that is easy for you to maintain and update yourself after launch. The main limitation is that we work within the platform’s native features and functionality—meaning complex custom web applications or heavy custom coding fall outside my project scope.

If you need a clean, responsive portfolio, personal brand site, blog, or service business page that looks modern and works seamlessly across mobile and desktop, a platform builder is usually the perfect fit. During our initial discovery conversation, we will make sure your goals match what the platform can natively deliver before moving forward.

Yes! That is one of the biggest benefits of working with template-based builders. Once the site design and layout are finalized, I can hand off the platform to you with clear guidance so you can easily swap text, add new photos, or publish blog posts without needing a developer.
